Through several trials, rejections, and parking lot discussions, she finally found a match. With the material sourced, the focus shifted to designing a product that would fit non-standard and arthritic hands – not just based on a normal glove or a man's hand.

Her quest for relief led to an unlikely solution: head sweatbands. But while they offered some comfort, they weren't perfect. The idea, however, was planted. She asked herself: "If not me, then who?"
